Agreement summary

This proposal is an offer by Orangery / Luke Haythorpe (“Provider”) to the client named above (“Client”) for leadership and team development services described in the Investment section.

Services. Provider will deliver the selected services in good faith and to a professional standard. Session scheduling will be arranged mutually. Unused leadership coaching sessions do not roll over beyond the engagement month unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fees & payment. Client agrees to pay the Total Due via Stripe (or invoice by arrangement). Work begins after payment unless otherwise agreed. Early cancellation may be possible; refunds are limited once the engagement has begun, and unused months are not fully refundable.

Confidentiality. Both parties will treat organisational and personal information shared in coaching as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or agreed in writing.

Nature of coaching. Coaching and facilitation are developmental and practical in nature. They are not therapy, legal advice, or HR decision-making on the Client’s behalf.

Acceptance. By signing below and completing payment, Client accepts this proposal and the terms summarised here for the stated engagement period.
